PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of productivity and an yield by controlling the temperature increase of a housing with the enlargement and cost increase of a DVD production apparatus prevented, preventing the turbulence of the falling orbit of a cationic ultraviolet curable composition and the change in the reaction rate of the composition, and minimizing the generation of a defective product. SOLUTION: When the cationic ultraviolet curable composition S is discharged from a dispenser 10 to fall on a disk substrate 1a to be applied, the temperature of the composition S is controlled by a temperature controlling means 23 fitted to the dispenser 10. In this way, the temperature of the composition S is kept approximately constant when it is discharged, controlling the turbulence of the falling orbit of the composition S caused by the decrease of its viscosity and the change of the reaction rate.
