PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack which can be folded at the time of conveyance and when not in use. SOLUTION: A rack 1 which comprises a backboard 2 made of a steel plate, side plates 3 and 4, and a shelf board, in which each of both side plates 3 and 4 is formed rovolvably by 270 degrees via a hinge 6 in both right and left edges of the backboard 2 and in a foldable way and in a parallel facing form in the back of the backboard 2, in which a plurality of shelf handing grooves 7 which are long in a width direction are formed in a height direction in the side plates 3 and 4, in which the side plates 3 and 4 are arranged in an orthogonal form in front of the backboard 2, and which is assembled by fixing both side plates 3 and 4 by fixing the edge of the shelf board into the shelf hanging grooves 7.
