PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly insert a lock bolt after boring and easily fix the lock bolt without using an instrument. SOLUTION: An A-liquid 4 and a B-liquid 5 foaming when mixed as a filler are respectively filled in sealable package bags 6 included inside of the lock bolt 1 having a cavity 2. Plural filler outflow boles 3 penetrated to the cavity 2 are formed on a side face of the lock bolt 1. The lock bolt 12 is quickly driven to the natural ground after boring the natural ground, then the package bags 6 including the Aliquid 4 and the B-liquid 5 are broken by a cutter or the like mounted inside of the lock bolt, and the A-liquid 4 and the B-liquid 5 foam, and flow out to the natural ground from the filler outflow holes 3 to fix the lock bolt 1 to the natural ground.
