PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water cleaning device interlocking opening-closing of a toilet cover with projection-retreat of an operation panel, capable of easily cleaning a toilet bowl and eliminating pulling-out labor of the operation panel by a user. SOLUTION: When standing-up and rotating the toilet cover 3 to use the toilet bowl, the operation panel 4 overhangs according to this. When the toilet cover 3 is raised up and brought down, the operation panel 4 retreats in a recessed part 4, and a side surface (a side surface of a wing part 1a) of a stool box 3 becomes a plane shape. The operation panel 4 and the toilet cover 3 are interlocked by gears 8a to 8e.
