PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an after-service method of mobile terminal equipment for especially utilizing a radio communication network and becoming appropriate for optimizing the performance of the mobile terminal equipment regarding the mobile terminal equipment. SOLUTION: This after-service method of the mobile terminal equipment is provided with a process for performing the self diagnostic function of the mobile terminal equipment, judging operation abnormality propriety (that is, whether or not an operation is abnormal) and connecting an after-service center, the process for requesting state information for indicating an operation state to the mobile terminal equipment in the after service center, the process for having the mobile terminal equipment transfer its own state information by the request, the process for analyzing the transferred state information and transferring control information for correcting the abnormal operation of the mobile terminal equipment and the process for correcting the operation state of the mobile terminal equipment by the transferred control information. Thus, the effect of reducing the inconvenience that a user bas directly to visit the after service center is provided. |
