<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing many kinds of color filters that the time required for arrangements accompanying the change is shortened even when the kind of the color filter to be manufacturing is changed and besides the filters are manufactured simply and at a low cost. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a color filter comprises relatively scanning an inkjet head with plural nozzles arrayed in a first direction and a substrate to a second direction almost orthogonal to the first direction, ejecting inks from the inkjet head to the substrate, coloring filter element in the first direction so as to have an identical color and coloring filter elements display aligned in the second direction so as to have respectively different colors. Three manufacturing conditions consisting of an amount of the inks ejected from the nozzles at a time, the number of times of the principal scanning and a subscanning amount are varied corresponding to the width of the filter elements of the color filter to be manufactured.</p> |
