A motor driven toothed element (P4) travels in a circle on guides (P1,P3) using corresponding teeth (P2) on a fixed track. The element accelerates in the top half of the circle and decelerates in the lower half and with a similar but opposite element (P7) produces a constant force which is reinforced by further elements (P12,P16). Electrical energy is produced by a capacitor and electronic circuit or transformers coupled back to back.
