Advertisement information to be a display is selected among advertisement information stored in an advertisement information storing memory 12 even after the connection to the internet line is released, and displayed on a displaying part 15 on the bases of advertisement attribute information accompanying the advertisement information. The system 3 also distributes advertisement information fitting a user characteristic on the basis of various data about the user, which are transmitted from the terminal device 1 and stored in a user attribute data storing part 34.
