PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide shaft molding die used for a method of polarizing a guide shaft for linear motor and for molding thereof with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A magnetic composition including magnetic powder of magnetic ferrite is formed using a guide shaft molding die 10 provided with magnets for orientation where a plurality of permanent magnets 12a, 12b with different magnetic poles adjacent to each other are arranged along the longitudinal direction of a cavity 11 on the outer periphery side.
