PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for resetting a USB device without rebooting a PC and removing a cable from the PC. SOLUTION: This device can be connected with a network and when the device is connected, it can be switched between a first state that the device seems to be mounted on the network and a second state that the device seems to be detached from the network.
