PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water cleaning device having a human body detection reactive water throwing-away mechanism capable of prohibiting useless water throwing-away operation. SOLUTION: When a sitting sensor 23 continuously detects sitting of, for example, two seconds, a water throwing-away valve 15 opens to start to throw away water. When operating a stop switch 22 for stopping this water throwing- away, the water throwing-away valve 15 closes, and a water throwing-away prohibiting timer arranged in a controller 18 starts to count time to prohibit the water throwing-away for a preset time. The automatic water throwing-away, that is, according to the sitting is not performed in this water throwing-away prohibiting period even if the sitting sensor 23 detects the sitting.
