The various bases are disposed in a ring around a take-off platform, each base having a cylindrical wall with incurved and plain surface elements. Modular wall elements are disposed at the incurved surfaces (201,202,211,212) and the plane wall elements (22,23,24) along a predetermined base geometry, and these elements are assembled along their adjacent borders, to make the cylindrical walls of the base.
