PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling-heating ceiling panel which enables enlargement of the area of one panel sheet without providing a deflection preventing member. SOLUTION: Means 7 and 8 for heat exchange are laid on a panel main body (a) having a constitution wherein a heat transfer rib 3 made of aluminum is interposed between paired flat plates 1 and 2 made of aluminum, so as to maintain the space between these flat plates 1 and 2. |
