<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system that can inexpensively, easily, securely, and locally cool the inside of a narrow underground tunnel with a heat generation source without requiring any expensive facility costs. SOLUTION: In an underground tunnel that has an elevation hole for conservation at proper intervals, forming hose made of synthetic fibers is inserted into the underground tunnel from the elevation hole for conservation for forming a cooling water passage, a heat absorption part is included at an arbitrary place of the cooling water passage, at the same time, cooling water is supplied to the heat absorption part through the cooing water passage, and high- temperature air inside the underground tunnel is cooled by the vaporization heat of the cooling water.</p> |
