PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the flickering of images by a shutter to be closed for the purpose of frame feeding of an animation film when showing the film. SOLUTION: Light is projected onto a screen for projection while the film is under frame feeding. The method of projection includes (1) mounting a mirror at the shutter and reflecting the light, (2) using a light source for irradiate only during the light shielding and (3) not using the shutter. The light to be projected includes (1) the use of the light regulated in luminous intensity and color and (2) the use of the previously electronically stored images on the film.
