PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological chromatographic device capable of surely confirming the end of the reaction of a diagnostic reagent in a fixed short time by a simple treatment and an examination method using this immunological chromatographic device. SOLUTION: This immunological chromatographic device is characterized in having a reagent zone having a labeled reagent having a substance connectable to a substance to be detected in a specimen sample immobilized to labeled fine particles; a detection zone in which a substance capable of capturing the labeled reagent is immobilized through the substance to be detected, and a reaction end judgment line in which the substance to be detected or a substance immunologically equal to the substance to be detected is immobilized.
