PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-rise building which is excellent in vibration control performance without providing a dedicated device specifically for damping measures. SOLUTION: A mega-structure 10 is constructed such that a first frame element 11 and a second frame element 12 which are slantly erected from the ground surface F, form a space 30 therebetween. Main spatial structures 20 are arranged along the frame elements 11, 12 of the mega-structure 10, and sub-spatial structures 50, 51 are hangingly held from the mega-structure 10 in the space 30 by means of tension rods 52.
