PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue learning and the reflect the desire of a learning person for the learning even though the network is not connected. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a server 1 and a learning terminal 2 both of which are connected by a network 3, a learning content group accumulating means 4 which accumulates learning content groups, a learning path predicting means 7 which predicts the learning path for a specific learning person from common learning targets for all learning persons and learning person information of a specific learning person, a learing content selecting means 5 which selects learning contents from the means 4 based on the predicted learning path and a learning mans 6 which conducts the learning based on the selected learning content.
