METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LAMINATE INDUCTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the characteristic variation of a laminated inductor by reducing the spiral conductor pattern width variation and the thickness variation of an insulating layer on which the conductor pattern is formed. SOLUTION: A conductor layer is formed on the surface of a baked insulating layer by applying conductor paste to the surface and a spiral conductor pattern is formed by etching the conductor layer. After a green sheet having a through hole is laminated upon the baked insulating layer, the insulating layer is formed by integrally baking the insulating layer and green sheet. Then a conductor layer is formed on the surface of the insulating layer and a spiral conductor pattern connected to the spiral conductor pattern of the lower layer through the through hole is formed by etching the conductor layer. Finally, a coil pattern in which the spiral conductor patterns of the upper and lower layers are connected to each other through the through hole is formed.
