PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly operate a device without introducing mistakes. SOLUTION: An automatic/manual switching means 113 disables the choice of a machine specifying processor 109 when an automatic scan is chosen and makes possible, the processing of each means of an initiation processor 105, a termination processor 106 and an interruption processor 110. On the other hand, when a manual scan is chosen, it interlocks the choice of the interruption processor and switches to make possible, the processing of each of machine specifying processor 109, the initiation processor 105 and the termination processor 106. The machine specifying processor 109 specifies the string of a scanning objective in manual scanning time by way of an automatic/manual switching processor 113. The interruption processor 110 interrupts TIP measurement by request in automatic scanning time.
