摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a polymeric electrolyte, that has a high cation-transport rate and ion conductivity and will hardly cause the problems of liquid leakage and generation of dendrite, when it is used for a lithium battery and the like. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a polymeric electrolyte, to a mixture solution, which comprises polyvinyl alcohol and a polyether-system polymer and in which the weight ratio between polyvinyl alcohol and the polyether-base polymer (polyether-base polymer/polyvinyl alcohol) is 0.01-10, an alkaline-metal borate is added at 0.05-25 weight part with respect to 100 weight part of polyvinyl alcohol. This mixture is molded, dried and made into a molded body, then the molded body is impregnated with an organic solvent, and after that the polyether-system polymer is dissolved and removed and a porous body is made, this porous body impregnated with an organic solvent.
