PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent biased windings on the core during the winding of coil wires for a vertical deflection coil along the internal surface of the core. SOLUTION: In winding the coil wires 3A for the vertical deflection coil in each of one winding region 13 and the other winding region 14 facing each other with the yoke vertical axis Y between, the coil wires 3A are first wound on a part 13A of one winding region 13 and then are wound on the whole part 14A of the other winding region 14. After the above winding, the coil wires 3A are wound on the non-winding part 13B of one winding region 13.
