<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use an automatic checking and collecting machine (wide ticket checker) provided in a wide ticket checking passage on a ticket checker window side. SOLUTION: This automatic checking and collecting machine is installed in the wide ticket checking path where two users can pass side by side and comprises a human detecting means composed of plural sensor groups which are provided at specific intervals in the passing direction of the wide ticket checking path, a setting means which places the main body of the automatic checking and collecting machine in special mode to allow another user to pass even if a user is present in the wide ticket examination path, and a decision means which decides the passage state of a user by the remaining sensor groups in the special mode even when some of the sensor groups of the human detecting means detects a human body.</p> |
