PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal that can inform a user about a communication time or a communication charge in timing not disturbing conversation during communication and to provide its information notice method. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal is configured with a communication time arithmetic section 106 that compares a communication time with a setting time to obtain a notice time and message data and with an interruption control section 109 that always detects an electric signal given from a communication section 104 to a loudspeaker 111 and an electric signal outputted to the communication section 104 from a microphone 112 so as to discriminate whether or not the terminal is in a conversation state and outputs the message data to the loudspeaker as an electric signal at a notice time when not in the conversation state so as to attain the above purpose.
