PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable safe and economical liquid crystal injection work, without a liquid crystal flowing from a liquid crystal injection hole to a side at the time of liquid crystal injection, and without the liquid crystal flowing out of a recessed part, even when a liquid crystal cylinder being pressed, since the liquid crystal forms the liquid crystal cylinder in the central part of the recessed part by installing a liquid crystal guide member 25 into the recessed part 21 of a liquid crystal reservoir. SOLUTION: This instruments has the liquid crystal reservoir which has the recessed part which houses the liquid crystal in the upper surface, and the liquid crystal guide member for disposing the recessed part of the liquid crystal reservoir inside, and the liquid crystal guide member consists of a bottom plate, a pair of erected plates erecting from the both ends side, and a plurality of linear members set up between a pair of erected plates.
