PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for instructing the delivery of parts capable of improving efficiency in the transportation of parts from a vendor while delivering an optimal quantity of parts with an optimal timing. SOLUTION: A required number calculation part 46 of a part delivery instructing device 18 recognizes the quantity of the parts being an object in the delivering instruction of this time and groups different-kind mixed parts. Next, a different-kind mixed master D/B 38 is referred to judge whether the delivery instructing number of the different-kind mixed group matches with the housing number of pallets to be used for transporting the parts. When it does not match, a different-kind mixed remainder master D/B 40 is referred to extract a first-out part from parts which is surely used in the future, and it is added to the delivery instructing number of this time to make adjustment so as to match the delivery instructing number with the housing number of the pallets to perform delivery instruction to improve efficiency in the transportation of the parts. |
