PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the depth of a ticket-vending machine and decrease the number of components and to eliminate the need for the forward projection of a taking-out opening even when a relatively long ticket is ticketed by devising the arrangement constitution of a ticketing unit. SOLUTION: A door 2 is fitted rotatably to the front opening of the case 1 of the ticket-vending machine by hinges 3. The ticketing unit 4 is fitted at a lower part on the inside surface of the door 2 in parallel to the surface direction of the door 2 and moves between a storage position in the case 1 and a front position where maintenance is possible as the door 2 is opened and closed. The ticketing unit 4 is equipped with a loading part 5 where roll paper R is loaded, a mechanism part 6 which cuts the roll paper R while drawing it out of the loading part 5, and an ticketing opening 7 provided at a side end part of the mechanism part 6. A ticket which is issued sideward from the ticketing opening 7 is sent to the taking-out opening 8 arranged by the ticketing opening 7 in contact.
