PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging device for rope working capable of avoiding an obstacle to smoothly move a worker even if there is the obstacle in the outside or the inside of a building and, at the same time, safely lowering the worker to the window side of the building from the roof. SOLUTION: An outside frame 11 is formed of both right and left frame bodies 11a and a plurality of central battens 11b arranged between both right and left frame bodies 11a at a specific interval in the shape of a ladder, the height adjustment of the central frame 5 and an inside frame 21 to horizontal frame 2 is adjusted by a plurality of adjusting holes h2 and h3 bored in the vertical direction and bolts B2 and B3 screwed in the adjusting holes h2 and h3 and, at the same time, the lateral movement to the horizontal frame 2 can be made by loosening the bolts B2 and B3.
