PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement fixing mechanism and a construction method for assembling reinforcement for fixing reinforcements for a lined concrete in a tunnel without impairing the function of a water-proof sheet. SOLUTION: This reinforcement fixing mechanism 1 is mainly composed of a single steel pipe 2, a thin plate supporting member 3 mounted on the single pipe 2 at its one end, a thin plate rotary member 4 rotatably attached to the approximately central part of the supporting member 3 at its one end, and a thin plate reinforcement binding member 5 slidably assembled in the other ends of the supporting member 3 and the rotary member 4 at their end parts. The single pipe 2 is fixed outside of an installation area of the water-proof sheet 120, the supporting member 3 is directed to an inner peripheral side of the water-proof sheet 120, and the reinforcements are bound to the reinforcement binding member 5. Whereby the reinforcements 100 of the reinforced concrete can be assembled in the inner peripheral side of the water-proof sheet 120 without directly contacting with the water-proof sheet.
