<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail system by which mails are classified and displayed to enable a receiver to grasp information required for the receiver in a short time among multiple mails which are not read. SOLUTION: The mails received by a mail receiving part 1 are inspected by a relation mail retrieving part 3 concerning their relation with the mails which are not read, but stored in a non-reading mail storing part 2, the importance of the mails is decided by an importance decision part 4 and a link to the mail which is not read is generated by a link generating part 6 and preserved in a non-read mail link part 7. Then the received mails are preserved in the part 2 and a result is displayed in a display part 9 through the use of generated non-read mail link information and non-read mail information. The importance of the mail is automatically determined simultaneously when the mail is received and an important mail is preferentially arrayed so that a user is not required to select the mail which seems to be important by himself or herself but only to read the mails in arrangement order.</p> |
