PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize the construction for a group of buildings to reduce a construction period of time as a whole. SOLUTION: When the construction is carried out on condition that a plurality of buildings (A, B and C buildings) with different construction periods required start and complete the construction at the approximately same time, the construction for the building (C) having a shorter construction period required than that of the other two buildings is discontinued at the time when the construction for the building is progressed up to a specific process, the construction of the other two buildings (A and B) remains continued while making use of complete part of the construction for the building, and the discontinued construction for the building is restarted at the time when a construction period reaches the last phase of the construction. The construction for floors above ground of the building is discontinued at the time when the construction for the first floor slab of the building having a shorter construction period required is completed, the first floor slab is used for a temporary space S such as material yard, working yard or the like. An inverted construction method as a construction method for the basement of the building having a shorter construction period required is adopted, and the first floor slab is constructed prior to the skeleton of floors below grade.
