PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute, receive and execute a target specification program code so that this program code can be used be used by the digital television game and interactive application of a digital receiver. SOLUTION: A game or an interactive application is developed and compiled into an executable target specification program code sufficiently using the resources and sound processing capabilities of a target digital television receiver such as an OSD future. The executable target specification program code is carried to a private session table to be multiplexed into a digital television carrying stream for being broadcast. The digital television receiver leads the program code, and executes the application. It is not necessary to provide any middleware layer or interpreter layer for executing the application. Thus, it is possible to realize the simple digital television receiver having capabilities to down-load the application program.
