PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily obtain article relative information relating to the article that an article code indicates only by inputting retrieval conditions including the article code. SOLUTION: While made to correspond to JAN codes, sales promotion information provided by the makers of corresponding articles is stored in an article master table 70, popular article information in a popular article information file 204, access information in an access state information file 205, and a relative article list in a relative article list file 206. When a consumer specifies an information kind, such as the sales promotion information, popular article information, access state information, or relative article list, through a user terminal and inputs the JAN code of a desirable article as a retrieval condition, the corresponding retrieval part among the sales promotion information retrieval part 223, a popular article information retrieval part 223, an access state information retrieval part 225, and a relative article list retrieval part 226 retrieves information of the specified kind from the corresponding table or file according to the code. |
