The valve consists of a frame (1) defining a passage for the liquid flow onto which is mounted the blade (1) of a sluice valve which opens vertically. A double lip seal (15) is placed between the frame (1) and the blade (10) with lateral branches (20,21). The ends (22) of these lateral branches terminate in cut-outs in a base seal (25) to form a perfect seal between them.
