PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunctions due to detouring of voltage between circuits. SOLUTION: This interface line is constituted by providing a resistive element R1 on an output signal line 3 from a main controller 1 to be operated by an independent voltage source to a slave controller 2 and making voltage formed by impressing a resistive value of the resistive element from the main controller 1 to the slave controller 2 at a state that the voltage source is not operated via the output signal line 3 become less than the minimum operating voltage of the slave controller 2.
