PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output two kinds of drive pulses for a light-emitting part which illuminates with a DC voltage with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: When a switch SW1 is closed while a switch SW2 is connected to a terminal T10, a transistor Tr2 is turned off. Here, a transistor Tr1 is turned on when the drive pulse from an oscillation circuit S1 is '0' by way of a gate circuit A3 and a resistor R4, and an LED3 is applied with a power source from a battery 1 when the transistor Tr1 is on, intermittently driving the LED3. When the switch SW2 is connected to a terminal T11, the transistor Tr1 is turned off. The transistor Tr2 is turned on when a pulse where the output of the oscillation circuit S1 is inverted with a gate circuit A4 is '0'.
