PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light and compact pressure tube free from the noise with a simple and strong structure, capable of enduring high pressure, and being smoothly and surely operated even in a very low speed operation, and a pressure accumulator for low pressure acting also as a liquid tank and ensuring the content volume of the pressure tube. SOLUTION: The metallic or non-metallic fiber is knitted into a seamless tube and end fixing fittings 2 are firmly attached to both ends of the tube. The pressure tube 1 is provided with a fold line formed by the heat treatment or the like to be fitted to a mount surface of a mounting housing and to be pressed to a seal roller. Then a lining 3 of a soft and elastic material is placed on a desired part. The pressure accumulator is necessarily used with the pressure tube for ensuring the content volume at a liquid inlet side of a hydraulic pump using the pressure tube 1. In a structure of the pressure accumulator, a nozzle screw is buried into a casing, and an air inlet nozzle covered by a rubber tube is inserted and pressed by a cap.
