The raster postcard is 150 mm wide and 105 mm high and divided into rasters of 25 x 21 mm by means of impressed lines or colored areas to make 6 raster panels horizontally and 5 panels in the vertical. Raster divisions of 37.5 x 35 mm are impressed by line or color applied to 4 panels horizontally and to 3 panels in the vertical. The divisions act as markers for adhering 30 or 12 dissimilar raster panels and the various motifs of the diverse but equi-dimensional raster blocks can be combined and pressed onto illustrative printing paper of 25 g/m2. In a block of format 175 x 126 mm giving raster panels of 25 x 21 mm, the block has 6 panels crossways with half-panels at the edges plus 5 panels in the vertical with half-panels at the edges divided up by perforations, punching or slits. The block is numbered and lettered to ensure correct application to the raster markings.
