A heat exchanger (1) having heat exchanging tubes (2), wherein, for a material forming the heat exchanging tubes, a plate-shaped material having one surface covered with brazing filler metal is used with aluminum and/or aluminum alloy used as a core material, the heat exchanging tubes formed by using the material has an inner surface covered with the brazing filler metal, and an outer peripheral surface not covered with brazing filler metal is covered with a sacrifice layer which is lower in potential than the core material.
