The method for loosening two longitudinal bodies (1,2) joined to one another involves at least one (1) of them with a draw cord (4) wound around it and retained by friction, whilst the second longitudinal body (2) is set in rotation or held. Also for the second longitudinal body a draw cord (5,5') is used. A spring (11), a hydraulic cylinder or axially movable overload components exerts the holding force. The tractive force is exerted by a hydraulic cylinder or a lever.
