Sliding roof seal for car has sealing strip with thickening of material to prevent bulge forming

The seal (10) seals the gap (26) between a sliding roof and the vehicle roof (25). The fixing region to fixed to the sliding roof is made in one with a sealing region which has a sealing strip in which there is a chamber. A thickening (18) of the material of the sealing strip in some regions prevents bulges forming.
