PURPOSE: A word database for a puzzle game is provided to make it easy to make questions for the puzzle game, by storing words used for the puzzle game in a database, and allowing the database to output a result in response to a search condition of a phoneme location and an inputted phoneme. CONSTITUTION: The word database may be used in the puzzle game supplied to a news paper, a magazine and the Internet, and stores the words used in the puzzle game. A search program is adopted to find out combinations of the words when the search condition is inputted. The word database is provided on the Internet, and thereby service fees of the word database is obtained.
