PURPOSE: A bridge constructing method with precast concrete panels is provided to form a top plate of extra wide width with a small girder and form cantilever parts by simply assembling already molded precast concrete panels, thereby reducing the whole construction procedure in a reduced construction period . CONSTITUTION: A bridge constructing method with precast concrete panels includes connection parts(12) formed by a mould incremental launching method and having both top parts steel wires and an iron reinforcing bar, securing parts(13) formed with thread parts at both lower sides of an outer diameter and rotatably mounted with pipes(25a), precast concrete panels(14) molded by reinforcing bars and concrete and having supporting parts(19) protruded by a predetermined height in the center of a longitudinal direction, plates formed at both right and left sides with respect to the supporting parts, wings(18) formed at upper parts, holes formed at upper end parts of the supporting parts to pass through the steel wires, and pipes(25b) formed at lower end parts of the supporting parts to be coupled with the pipes of the securing parts, wherein the precast concrete panels are coupled with the securing parts of a girder(11) at the lower parts and supported by and connected to the steel wires at the upper parts in parallel for forming cantilever parts(29), thereby forming a top plate of wide width.
