PURPOSE: A method for offering software ASP(Application Service Provider) via the Internet is provided to simplify an operation organization of products, enable transaction to be managed, and secure a correct profit structure, by performing a role of a common market place which has software, hardware and solution parts. CONSTITUTION: A user registers in a main server(2) as a member using a computer(1) connected to the Internet, and then selects a payment system(a,b). The user passes an authentication procedure(c,d), and then obtains a use right of software(e). The user selects an ASP program(4) installed in the main server(2) in advance(f), and uses the ASP program(4)(g). A free member inputs only basic information and additional information without selecting the payment system, and thereby obtains a use right of a program with a limit in its functions. A charged user can use the ASP program(4) which operates on a web site, and store data in the computer(1) or a web storage hard disk(h,i).
