PURPOSE: A method for processing egg by removing an eggshell and mixing the yolk and the white of an egg with soluble calcium, a functional component and salty component is provided, which increases the confidence of a product by identifying freshness of the yolk and the white of the egg and is safe for fracture. CONSTITUTION: An eggshell is removed from egg and inserted into a vessel(1) having a semi-elliptical shape and a volume of 50 to 90ml and equipped with a cover(2) capable of being hermetically sealed. The vessel is transparent and colorless. The egg(6) is added with a specified amount of table salt, calcium and saponin. |
