PURPOSE: A color pipe, a ceiling material, and a sectional wall material formed by recycling a PET(polyethylene terephthalate) container are provided to prevent the contamination of environment, and to substitute for a metal pipe of a building. CONSTITUTION: The PET containers, classified by the quality of the material, are thrown into a pulverizer, in which the PET containers are primarily pulverized into PET fragments of desired sizes. The pulverized and dehydrated PET fragments are repeatedly pulverized to form more fine PET fragments. The fine PET fragments are agitated after a selected coloring agent being added in the PET fragments while passing an automatic drier. The agitated PET fragments are melted while passing an extruder, thereby the foreign materials and the water contained in the PET fragments are completely removed. The resulting PET fragments are molded and cooled by using the extruder, and finally the PET fragments are cut to a desired size.
