PURPOSE: An electronic commerce making a general store as a chain store is provided to perform an electronic commerce such as an off-line commerce by registering chain stores of small-sized merchants and constructing one Internet homepage and publicizing various commodities displayed in various areas to consumers through the Internet homepage as images and performing conversations to the consumers. CONSTITUTION: Member stores located in various areas are collected through an Internet site(1). A PC moving picture system and a shopping host are constructed through a network(2). A publicizing of a homepage is performed in the member stores located at various areas(3). A network is constructed for a member registration through the Internet site(4). A database is constructed based on member stores information and consumers information in a commerce main server(5). A shopping host with respect to commodities is received from the Internet site and a mobile service is provided(6). Commodities equipped in the member stores are displayed as moving pictures(7). A consumer may purchase the commodities through an on-line(8). A purchased commodity is delivered using a collection delivery system(9).
