POWDER POLLED STRIP EXCELLENT IN INSULATING PROPERTY OR THE LIKE, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power rolled strip improved in the adhesion and punchability of an insulating film on the surface of a steel strip such as silicon steel sheet and excellent in insulating property or the like. SOLUTION: The powder rolled strip is constituted by applying powder rolling to the silicon steel powder of silicon steel composition and forming an insulating film on the surface of the resultant powder rolled strip. The insulating film is formed on the powder rolled strip after the rolling of the powder or after sintering the resultant rolled body. Moreover, the surface of the powder rolled strip is provided with ruggedness, and the pitch and depth of the ruggedness are adjusted by powder particle size and powder rolling and sintering conditions. Further, the ruggedness of the powder rolled strip is adjusted by rolling after sintering.
