PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking assisting car which is compact, and of which the operability of the brake is improved. SOLUTION: This walking assisting car 10 includes a pair of main frames 12a and 12b which are arranged in parallel with a comparatively narrow interval. On the lower ends of the main frames 12a and 12b, casters 16a and 16b are attached through caster-attaching sections 14a and 14b respectively. The turning ranges of the casters 16a and 16b are adjusted in three stages by respective adjusting means 18a and 18b. A pushing handle 24 is attached to the upper ends of the main frames 12a and 12b. A brake handle 26 is arranged in a manner to go along the pushing handle 24, and is connected to the pushing handle 24. The brake handle 26 is made operable by either one of right and left hands while gripping the pushing handle 24. On the front sections of the main frames 12a and 12b, a foldable seat section 40 is attached. |
