PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam-molded article using a propylene-based polymer with good foaming state, excellent surface properties and high expansion radio. SOLUTION: This foam-molded article is obtained from a propylene-based polymer which has an MI49 [230 deg.C, 5.0 kgf (49N)] and an MI21.2 [230 deg.C, 2.16 kgf (21.2N)] such that the ratio of the MI49 to the MI21.2, MI49/MI21.2, and an Mw/Mn satisfy the formula: MI49/MI21.2>=0.240×Mw/Mn+3.1 and which has a melt tension (230 deg.C), MS, and an intrinsic viscosity, [η], such that they satisfy the formula: logMS>=3.17×log[η]-0.68 and [η] is 0.5-3.5 dl/g or a resin mixture of the propylene-based polymer and another olefin-based polymer.
